They will learn how to operate in an increasingly international, multicultural environment and how to foster innovation and new technologies. It implies that managers: understand the functioning and interrelations of all business units within a company, analyse competently their economic, social and natural environment and evaluate its impact on the company, are able to predict how their decisions impact on each business unit, the company's stakeholders and the natural environment, have the competence to find, critically evaluate and implement innovative solutions and strategies, lead and collaborate with culturally diverse teams efficiently and develop sustainable business strategies which address economic, social and environmental challenges resulting rom globalization.
L'Executive MBA de Rennes School of Business est une formation continue reconnue en management qui délivre un diplôme niveau I. L'Executive MBA a pour rôle d'accompagner des professionnels dans un environnement complexe et en changement. L'objectif de ce programme est de positionner le participant comme un acteur stratégique de l'entreprise, qu'il appréhende les enjeux et l'environnement et qu'il préconise des solutions innovantes. Les candidats à l'Executive MBA Rennes School of Business doivent justifier d'une expérience professionnelle de 6 ans minimum. L'ensemble des enseignements est en anglais ainsi un bon niveau est requis. L'école propose une remise à niveau d'une semaine en cours du soir avant le début de la formation. L'admission se fait sur dossier et entretien avec le responsable pédagogique du programme.

5 modules sur les fondamentaux du management permettront au participant de développer et renforcer ses compétences techniques et de maitriser les enjeux du business au niveau mondial : 1- A Changing global environment. 2- Corporate strategies for long-term performance. 3- Financial and operations management. 4- Leading high-performing organisation. 5- Developing and implementing a business strategy. Le participant pourra ensuite spécialiser son Executive MBA en choisissant une majeure parmi les 6 suivantes : 1- Advanced finance 2- CSR 3- Entrepreneurship 4- Agrofood business 5- Digital marketing 6- Supply chain management Du coaching collectif et individuel sera organisé pour favoriser l’évolution du leadership. Les participants devront réaliser un projet individuel et un mandat de consultation. La formation sur notre campus de Rennes offre deux rentrées par an en septembre et en mars. Elle dure 18 mois à raison de 3 jours de cours par mois. Un study tour d’une semaine à Shanghai est organisé.
